There are 53 achievements that can be earned by completing a certain task or reaching a specific goal.

Achievements available in the campaign mode.

	First hurdle	Complete the tutorial.
	Shark of America	Complete the America campaign.
	Shark of Europe	Complete the Europe campaign.
	Tycoon of America	Earn all America campaign medals.
	Tycoon of Europe	Earn all Europe campaign medals.

Achievements available in the free game mode. These Achievements are generally unavailable if Mods are used.

	Antique	Keep a train built before 1900 running until the year 2000.
	Cannot get enough	Build a train line with at least 10 trains in motion.
	City	Have a town with a population of at least 750.
	Commerce provider	Reach at least 60% coverage for every commercial good in a town.
	Complete coverage	Reach at least 80% passenger line usage in a town.
	Crowd in a train	Have a train filled with at least 100 passengers.
	First aircraft arrived	Buy an aircraft and run a line.
	First bus arrived	Buy a bus and run a line.
	First bus stop	Build a bus stop.
	First cargo item transported	Connect industries and transport a cargo item.
	First cargo item waiting	Connect industries.
	First electric train arrived	Buy an electric train and run a line.
	First industry upgraded	Let an industry upgrade.
	First line	Create a line with at least two stops.
	First passenger transported	Run a line and transport a passenger.
	First passenger waiting	Setup a line so that town residents use your vehicles.
	First ship arrived	Buy a ship and run a line.
	First steam train arrived	Buy a steam train and run a line.
	First train station	Build a train station.
	Glacier express	Have a train line that rises higher than 450 meters.
	Heavily loaded	Have a train filled with at least 250 cargo items.
	High speed	Reach a top speed of 180 km/h.
	Industrialist	Serve all industries.
	Industry provider	Reach at least 60% coverage for every industry good in a town.
	Mass production	Reach 400 production capacity at a production site.
	Metropolis	Have a town with a population of at least 1500.
	Museum line	Build one line containing at least one of every passenger road vehicle that was available between 1850 and 2020.
	No free seats	Have a train filled with at least 200 passengers.
	Penny pincher	Don't take any additional loan until the year 2000.
	Penny pincher (in Hard mode)	Don't take any additional loan until the year 2000 (in Hard mode).
	Sonic boom	Reach speeds beyond the sound barrier.
	Speed of light	Reach a top speed of 300 km/h.
	The ugly smell of success	Have at least 300 passengers waiting in a train station.
	Train Fever	Reach the year 2000 using only trains.
	Transport master	Accumulate a fortune of 10 million (without debt).
	Transport millionaire	Accumulate a fortune of 1 million (without debt).
	Transport shark	Accumulate a fortune of 100 million (without debt).
	Transport shark (in Hard mode)	Accumulate a fortune of 100 million (without debt) in Hard mode.
	Transport tycoon	Accumulate a fortune of 1 billion (without debt).
	Transport tycoon (in Hard mode)	Accumulate a fortune of 1 billion (without debt) in Hard mode.
	Truck Fever	Earn 50 million not using any train.
	Year 1900	Reach the year 1900 without going bankrupt.
	Year 1950	Reach the year 1950 without going bankrupt.
	Year 2000	Reach the year 2000 without going bankrupt.
	Year 2000 reached (in Hard mode)	Don't go bankrupt and reach the year 2000 in Hard mode.
