Vehicle page update

Transport Fever features over 120 detailed vehicles, which will be uncovered step by step on the vehicles page.

Today, ten new models have been added to the current list. In addition, the page itself received an overhaul and now features multiple images with different view perspectives for every vehicle.

The update includes a new very popular plane – the Airbus A320 – and a new ship from the Bodensee region – the MS Zurich. They are accompanied by a bunch of new locomotives, including a pioneer in aerodynamics, the PLM 220 C127, and the record breaking Flying Scotsman.

More vehicle page updates will follow over the next weeks, and the upcoming developer blog will soon discuss the new vehicle features like aging, interiors, individual paintings or company logos.

Visit the >vehicles page< to find out more.

  1. Really happy to see the Flying Scotsman added, but I don’t like the German smoke deflectors as they kind of ruin the locomotive, without them will make her a true locomotive to run and enjoy, hope someone will make a better model without those stupid German smoke deflectors

    • or a bit more eloquently put…. please give the option to remove the smoke deflectors for historical accuracy. They were fitted late in it’s life after the design of the chimneys were changed to a double kylchap design.

  2. Please make sure you don’t forget modern trains & LRT as well.

Also I hope you will include intermodal shipping containers & ability for double stack container trains.

  3. I wonder if the new “dirt on the vehicles”-feature is working with a new texture layer on top of the basic texture, or if it’s but a simple texture swap.

  4. Great to see the increase in passenger capacity! Seems like a great improvement to the game. Now I’m really curious to what the cities are going to look like. My excitement for this game keeps increasing!

  5. Can we have some more UK vehicles…. German and US things are very nice, but those aren’t the only 2 countries where people will be buying the game.
Show support for ALL nationalities please.

  6. Love that there are now planes in the game, so in that respect – I would like to see Concorde, VC10, 747, A380. In regards to smaller planes 737, 727, DC9s – maybe olders ones like the Bristol Britannia and Vickers Viscount
In regards to trains, always wanted to have Eurostar in this game, new and old versions (e300 and e320)

  7. You call the Class A3 in its description text as the Flying Scotsman (as well as in this article), but that was a name of only one locomotive of the series.

  8. Why arn’t all the TF vehicles in this list? I would quite like to see british vehicles, like sprinters and pacers, as well as more railcars. Smaller stations for shorter trains would be cool for smaller routes or inner-city shuttles. Also, one word; HOVERCRAFT.

    • Probably because they have not yet remodeled (and retextured etc.) them all, and they want only to show the actual models that are in this new game.

  10. Hey, I would really appreciate having the feature of subway stations or at least stations with a railrossing, so that people can change from south/north to west/east trains like the Berlin Central station or Südkreuz in Berlin. This would to build better networks in cities..

  12. Question / suggestion :
Should prevent trains automatically and ” magically ” change direction when the end of the course. It is unrealistic .
I think you’re doing a great job. Thank you very much.
